-EchoBloom is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping
-If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or reach out to us at contact@shopechobloom.com with your order number and photos of the damage
-Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
